Gepai starts 192,800 t/y lithium battery precursor material project
Gepai New Energy has started a 192,800 tonnes/year high-performance lithium-ion battery precursor key raw material project at Lujiang Chemical Industry Park, Hefei, Anhui Province.
The total investment is about CNY 1.75 billion ($253.68 million). This project mainly produces nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, and manganese sulfate. It also produces lithium carbonate, crude nickel cobalt hydroxide, and nickel cobalt sulfate, Kallanish learns.
