GenCell signs hydrogen backup deal with Mexico's CFE
Israel’s GenCell Energy has inked a $6 million deal with Mexico’s state-owned utility Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) for 37 hydrogen fuel cells, Kallanish learns from a GenCell release
The fuel cells will be installed in substations as replacements for diesel back-up generators. The contract includes two years of service and the option to double the order for a total of $12m.
