GEM approves QMB's optimisation plan, postpones recycling business spin-off
Shenzhen-listed manufacturer GEM has approved a project optimisation proposal for its 50,000 tonnes/year Indonesia-based nickel resource project raised by its holding subsidiary PT. QMB New Energy Materials (QMB). Meanwhile, it also announced a temporary halt to the spin-off of its recycling-focused holding subsidiary Jiangxi GEM Resources Recycling due to "immature timing."
