GE expects beefier grid to deal with renewable influx
Diversified US firm General Electric expects to benefit broadly from the on-going energy transition both in the US and abroad, according to the company’s most recent quarterly earnings call.
Cfo Carolina Dybeck Happe says orders grew by double-digits in all renewable categories, including onshore and offshore wind and grid infrastructure.
Revenue in the segment remained essentially flat on-year as the orders were offset by a decline in services.…
