GAZ has started small-scale production of EV minibuses
Russian automotive company GAZ Group has started small-scale production of GAZelle e-NN electric vehicles (EVs), Kallanish notes.
The novelty is offered as a minibus, van, combi van, and flatbed truck. The cost of an electric minibus starts at RUB 6 million ($95,210), which is about 1.5 times more expensive than an analogue with an internal combustion engine, according to Russian automotive experts.
