Ganfeng Lithium to purchase Argentine lithium mines
Shenzhen-listed Ganfeng Lithium recently announced that it plans to acquire 100% of the shares of privately held company Lithea, for no more than $962 million.
According to the announcement released on late 11 July, Ganfeng Lithium agreed to its wholly-owned subsidiary Ganfeng International (or the latter's wholly-owned subsidiary) making the acquisition.
