GAC-Tencent robotaxi JV lists on HKEX
Chenqi Technology, a Chinese robotaxi and ride-hailing company owned by Chinese automaker GAC and tech firm Tencent, recently completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The IPO on 10 July had an issuance price of HKD 35 ($4.48) per share. The opening price was HKD 30/share, down 14.29% from the IPO price. As of 12 July, it closed at HKD 34.25/share, up 14.17% from the opening price and down 2.14% from the issue price.
