French start-up promises high performance charging network
French start-up Electra is accelerating the development of high-performance charging points and pursuing its objective to improve the charging experience by creating a digitised local network of stations. The company has completed a €15 million ($17m) round of fundraising, a record for a start-up, to build its first 50 fast charging facilities between 2021 and 2022 in Paris, in the region of Ile-de-France around Paris, and in the cities of Lyon and Lille.
