French firms develop H2 refuelling barge for port decarbonisation
A pool of French firms have signed a partnership agreement to develop the so-called Elemanta H2, a power barge capable of supplying electricity and hydrogen to large ships during port calls, planned to become operative in 2025, Kallanish notes.
