Fortum sells remaining stake in EV charging operator Recharge
Finnish power utility Fortum is selling its remaining 30% stake in public charging point operator Recharge to Infracapital for €80 million ($84.25m), Kallanish reports.
The deal will give Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G, full ownership of the largest EV charging network in the Nordic region. It features overs 4,600 charging points across 830 locations.
