Flying Nickel Mining to acquire Nevada Vanadium Mining
Flying Nickel Mining and Nevada Vanadium Mining say they have signed a non-binding letter of agreement calling for Flying Nickel to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Nevada Vanadium, Kallanish reports.
