Fiat Chrysler, Engie to set e-mobility JV in Italy
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Engie EPS are forming an e-mobility joint venture in Italy to offer electric vehicle (EV) customers in Europe a full suite of products and solutions.
The plans to create “a leader in the European e-mobility landscape” were announced by the firms in a joint statement on 12 November. The idea is for them to sign full agreements by year-end and set the new company in the first quarter of 2021, Kallanish reports.
