FFI investigating green hydrogen production hub in state of Washington
Australia-based Fortescue Future Industries is investigating converting one of the last coal-fired power plants in the northwest United States into a green hydrogen production facility, Kallanish reports.
The company has signed a binding exclusivity agreement with the Industrial Park at TransAlta in the state of Washington, where officials are hailing the news that is being touted by some as creating Hydrogen Valley.
