Germany's EWE, Salzgitter mull hydrogen cooperation

German energy company EWE and compatriot steelmaker Salzgitter intend to cooperate on hydrogen projects, Kallanish notes. Under a MOU signed by the companies, EWE will generate and supply green hydrogen to Salzgitter to use in steel production.
