Evergrande begins first BEV deliveries in China
Chinese indebted property giant Evergrande Group has started first deliveries of its Hengchi 5 all-electric SUV, after entering mass production in Tiajin in September, Kallanish reports.
The company said in a WeChat statement that its inaugural BEV was handed to 100 customers on 29 October. After a small delay in starting production, deliveries were in line with previous expectations.
