Eos Energy to provide 2 MW battery storage to California hospital
Eos Energy reports that it has signed a $2 million agreement to provide a zinc-based battery storage system to a California hospital, Kallanish reports.
The New Jersey-based company inked the deal with Charge Bliss Inc, a renewable energy microgrid developer-builder, on behalf of the unnamed hospital. The medical facility will get 2 megawatts of energy storage using Eos Energy’s Znyth battery. Installation is expected in second quarter 2021.
