Eolus to sell developing California battery storage project to Aypa
Swedish wind developer Eolus has signed an agreement to sell its standalone 120-megawatt Cald energy storage project in Los Angeles, California, Kallanish understands.
The development project is being acquired by Aypa Power, a Blackstone portfolio company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. All membership units in the project have been transferred from Eolus to Aypa.
