Enel X to boost India's charging infrastructure
Italian firm Enel X and India’s engineering firm Sterling and Wilson Pvt Ltd (SWPL), part of Shapoorji Pallonji group, have entered into a 50-50 joint venture (JV) to accelerate the electric vehicle (EV) uptake in India.
Targeting private and public EV charging infrastructure, the JV will distribute charging solutions such as JuiceBox and JuicePump, which have been licensed by Enel X and adjusted to the needs of India.
