Elogen increases PEM capacity
French proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology specialist Elogen, formerly known as Areva-H2Gen, is boosting its output with a new stack assembly line at the Les Ulis site, near Paris. The investment, supported by the French government, the Ile-de-France Regional Council and Bpifrance, will increase the firm’s annual capacity to 160 stacks, or 160 megawatts a year, Kallanish notes.
