Electrolyte solvent company Hi-tech Spring just started the stock purchase for listing on the ChiNext market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Kallanish learns.
The issuance price is CNY 19.99 ($2.77) per share and the subscription limit is 13,000 shares. The number of shares issued by Hi-tech Spring this time is 55.74 million shares, accounting for 25% of the total share capital after the issuance. Sinolink Securities is its sole sponsor representative.
