Electra Battery Materials signs refinery benefits agreement with Metis Nation
Electra Battery Materials Corp has signed a benefits agreement with the Metis Nation of Ontario related to the commissioning and expansion of a formerly mothballed battery materials refinery in Ontario, Kallanish reports.
The agreement solidifies the relationship between the parties and provides employment, training, procurement and business opportunities at the refinery at Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.
