Elcogen, AVL to develop SOEC stacks
Estonia-based clean energy technology manufacturer Elcogen said Thursday it has partnered with mobility technology company AVL to develop solid oxide electrolyser cell (SOEC) stack modules for large-scale hydrogen production.
