Easpring, SK to form CAM partnership in Europe, Asia, US
Beijing Easpring Material Technology is setting up a partnership with South Korea’s SK to develop cathode active materials (CAM) production outside of China, Kallanish reports.
The major Chinese CAM manufacturer said in a stock exchange announcement on 15 November that SK will acquire up to 30% of its European CAM joint venture with Finnish Minerals Group and its 100% owned subsidiary Finnish Battery Chemicals (FBC).
