DMCI raises extra funds for Berong Palawan rehabilitation project
Philippine mining company Berong Nickel, a subsidiary of DMCI Mining, has recently secured an additional PHP 50 million ($902,291) to fund the rehabilitation of its nickel mine in Palawan, the Philippines, Kallanish learns.
DMCI Mining’s ceo Tulsi Das Reye says the need for further funding comes from rising fuel costs, which in turn, impacted operational costs.
