COPPER: Rich Copper signs option on Ontario project
Canada-based Transition Metals has signed a deal to grant an option on its Island copper project in Ontario to Rich Copper Exploration, Kallanish reports.
The project consists of five mining claims covering 62 hectares about 20 kilometres northeast of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
Privately held Rich Copper can earn a 100% interest in the project by paying $150,000 over three years, providing 500,000 shares of stock in addition to another $475,000 shares over three y…
