COPPER: Power Metal, Kavango form new JV in Botswana
UK-listed Power Metal Resources announced Monday a 50-50 joint venture with Kavango Resources that will increase its footprint in the Kalahari Copper Belt, Kallanish reports.
The companies have created an equally-owned firm to secure a listing in London. Kanye plc will be run by representatives of both Power Metal and Kavango and will seek to acquire additional exploration opportunities in the build-up to listing.
