COPPER, NICKEL: Minnesota court backs air permit for PolyMet mine
The Minnesota Supreme Court has overturned an appeals court ruling that had rejected an air permit for PolyMet Mining Corp’s planned copper-nickel-palladium mine and remanded the case back to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for further action, Kallanish reports.
