COPPER: Montana judge allows Phase 1 Black Butte mine construction to proceed
A Montana judge has ruled that Canada-based Sandfire Resources America can proceed with construction of its Black Butte copper project in central Montana, Kallanish reports.
Judge Katherine Bidegaray’s ruling will allow Phase 1 of the copper mine to be completed under the existing permit in approving an order on remedies.
