COPPER: MMG second-quarter production increases, outlook positive
Australian-based Minerals and Metals Group (MMG) improved its copper production on-quarter in Q2 of this year, Kallanish learns from the company`s latest report.
During April-June, the miner`s output totalled 93,308 tonnes, or 21% higher than Q1, with improved mining productivity and higher grades at Peruvian Las Bambas and stable performance at Kinsevere copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo, MMG explains.
