COPPER: Hannan radiometric dating confirms Miocene porphyry belt in Peru
Canada-based Hannan Metals reports that radiometric dating confirms a previously unrecognised copper-gold porphyry belt in central Peru, Kallanish reports.
The dating of four porphyry intrusive centres within an area of 140 kilometres by 50 km by uranium-lead zircon dating has identified a Miocene metallogenic belt at its 100%-owned Previsto project, the company says.
