COPPER: Capstone Mining, Mantos Copper complete merger deal
Capstone Mining and Mantos Copper (Bermuda) Ltd have completed their all-stock merger with Mantos being rebranded as Capstone Copper Corp, Kallanish reports.
The newly merged company will be headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and will be focused on copper projects in the Americas. The arrangement had been announced last November and all regulatory approvals have been granted.
