COPPER: BC high court approves Capstone-Mantos merger
Capstone Mining Corp and Mantos Copper Bermuda are closer to merging in an all-stock deal.
The arrangement has been approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia and is now expected to close in March or April, Kallanish reports. Earlier, the arrangement was overwhelmingly approved by shareholders of Capstone Mining at a special meeting. The merged company will apply to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange and be headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
