COBALT, NICKEL: Electra Battery Materials builds solvent extraction plant
Electra Battery Materials has started foundation work at the solvent extraction plant that is part of the recommissioned and expanded cobalt refinery at Temiskaming Shores in northern Ontario, Kallanish reports.
