COBALT: Global Energy Metals sells Werner Lake interest
Vancouver-based Global Energy Metals (GEMC) has completed the sale of its 70% stake in the Werner Lake cobalt project, in Canada, Kallanish reports.
Canadian exploration and production company CBLT will pay GEMC $270,000 under the terms of the agreement through a cash deposit and share issuance, as well as a $500,000 payment upon the project beginning commercial production.
