COBALT, COPPER: New highway will boost NICO project in Canada's NWT
Ontario-based Fortune Minerals says a new two-lane road that will open soon in Canada’s Northwest Territories will enable it to develop its NICO cobalt-gold-bismuth-copper project, Kallanish reports.
