CMOC transfers 25% of KFM to HK Brunp, CATL
Shanghai-listed CMOC Group has transferred 25% of its shares of KFM Holding Limited, its former wholly-owned subsidiary, to HK Brunp and CATL Co., Limited.
According to CMOC's announcement released on 22 July, the price for the transfer was $137.5 million. HK Brunp and CATL Co., Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Brunp CATL New Energy, an indirectly held company of the battery giant CATL.
