Chinese battery-grade lithium carbonate inches up
Chinese average prices of battery-grade lithium carbonate increased about 1.21% during the past week and closed at CNY 318,000 ($44,675.48)/tonne on Friday, according to data from 100ppi.com.
While prices of lithium carbonate remain virtually stable, there are still signs of positive sentiment in the lithium carbonate spot market thanks to firm upstream raw material prices. Yet some market observers expect price fluctuation in the short term.
