China’s Xpeng boosts EV deliveries in May
China’s smart EV company Xpeng reported on Tuesday strong growth in its May deliveries, boosted by sales of its P7 models, as well as the launch of LFP-powered models.
The young carmaker delivered a total of 5,686 vehicles last month, representing a 483% surge on-year and a 10% increase on-month. In a year-to-date comparison, deliveries are up 427% y-o-y at 24,173 units, Kallanish learns.
