China produces first domestic SiC-based high-power e-drive
Chinese state-owned manufacturing company CRRC Times Electric announces that its C-Power 220s, which is China's first high-power electric drive based on self-developed silicon carbide, has officially rolled off the production line.
The drive's efficiency can reach up to 94%.
On the same day, CRRC Times Electric announced that it has successfully achieved an annual output of 100,000 electric drive systems this year.
