Chalice Mining receives commitment to raise $46.6m
Australian miner Chalice Mining says it has received commitments to raise AUD 70 million ($46.6m) at AUD 7.30 per share via a private placement, Kallanish notes.
The raising is driven by a select group of major, long-only institutional investors and significant existing shareholders. In addition to the placement, the company has also announced a share purchase plan (SPP) of up to AUD 10 million at the same offer price.
