Chalice Mining in talks with automakers on acquiring minority stake
Australian nickel miner Chalice Mining Ltd is in talks with global automakers on purchasing a minority stake in the company, Kallanish has learned.
The company is hoping to complete such a transaction later this year, Reuters says in a report from Singapore, where ceo Alex Dorsch made his comments. The company has had preliminary discussions with unnamed North American and European automakers, along with other miners and chemical companies, he says.
