Canada’s Loop Energy, H2 Portable announce merger
Canadian companies Loop Energy and H2 Portable Power (H2P) have announced a merger to create a hydrogen industrial equipment company.
Under an amalgamation agreement, H2P will merge with a Loop subsidiary. Loop will acquire all issued and outstanding H2P shares, with H2P shareholders receiving common shares of Loop. The deal will also see a “backdoor listing” of H2P on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Kallanish learns from Loop.
