California could have 100 hydrogen fuelling stations by 2023: state report
California could develop 100 hydrogen fuelling stations in the state by the end of 2023, says the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
The announcement is the first time in eight years that the agency has said that the state might meet such goals. The long-standing goal was established in state legislation.
