BYD, Momenta form smart driving JV
BYD and Momenta have officially announced the establishment of their joint venture named Di Pi Intelligent Mobility, which will be committed to creating future-oriented high-level intelligent driving solutions.
Di Pi Intelligent Mobility was registered in Shenzhen in November this year with CNY 100 million ($15.70m). BYD holds 60% of the total shares and Momenta (Suzhou) holds the remainder.
