bp’s Western Australian renewable H2 energy project enters FEED
London-based oil and gas giant bp’s renewable hydrogen H2Kwinana project in Western Australia has hit a new milestone by entering front-end engineering and design (FEED).
Backed by AUD 70 million from the Australian government’s regional hydrogen hubs funding programme, the project aims to install 100-megawatt of electrolyser capacity. In future, this could expand to 1.5-gigawatt, Kallanish notes.
