bp ventures leads investment round into smart EV charging firm IoTecha
bp ventures has invested $7 million into smart electric vehicle charging firm IoTecha, leading a $13.2m investment round, the British energy company said on Tuesday.
It’s unclear how much bp will own in IoTecha after the investment and who are the other investors backing the US-based technology company. Yet, as part of the collaboration, bp ventures principal Shaun Healey has been appointed to IoTecha’s board of directors.
