Bolt Metals restarts divestment of Cyclops to Nickel Industries
Canada-based exploration firm Bolt Metals has agreed to divest 100% of its interest in the nickel-cobalt Cyclops project in Indonesia to Australian miner Nickel Industries, Kallanish notes.
Pursuant to the agreement and subject to Bolt shareholder approval of the transaction, Nickel Industries will acquire the interest for a consideration of $7 million in cash. The 5,000-hectare nickel-cobalt project is located in Papua province.
