BMI sees nickel downtrend persisting in H2
BMI Country Risk and Industry Research analysts believe the nickel price downward trend to persist in the second half amid excess supply, Kallanish notes.
The research house says in a note that it is maintaining its nickel price forecast for 2024 at $18,000/tonne, as excess supply continues to drag prices down from 2022 levels.
