Barrick Gold Corp achieves strong copper margins
Canadian miner Barrick Gold Corp, which produces gold and copper, has reiterated its 2024 copper production guidance after achieving strong quarterly margins.
The company produces the red metal at the Lumwana, Zaldívar and Jabal Sayid mines, located in Zambia, Chile and Saudi Arabia, respectively. It is also developing the Reko Diq project in Pakistan with first production earmarked for 2028.
