Barrel Energy, Roshan plan battery factories in India, North America
Nevada-based Barrel Energy is looking into developing lithium battery manufacturing capabilities in India and North America with Indian company Roshan Energy Technologies, Kallanish reports.
The parties signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a partnership focusing on the production of lithium batteries. Under the deal, Barrel would become a majority stakeholder in Roshan gaining access to the “massive” Indian market, Barrel says in a note. …
